So, is it baseboard heat, radiant floor or radiators? If baseboard, approximately how many linear feet of baseboard? If radiant floor, how many square feet? If radiators, how many? I should be able to get a rough idea of what size you need. The tank you now have though should at least do some.

Did you double check the tank pressure when it was removed and drained? Did you double check the system pressure when it's relatively cool? Those #'s should be the same. I have no idea how many systems I've seen that were overfilling because someone "thought" the tank was at the same pressure. When I checked it, it was lower or empty of air all together.
