wiring up my Taco SR504 relay..........

I am adding a 4th zone to my Burnham oil fired boiler and have decided to eliminate my 3 existing Honeywell relays with a Taco 4 zone multiswitching relay. My aquastat is a Honeywell L4081B. I'm unsure of how to wire it correctly. The terminals on the SR504 don't really match up with the symbols on the aquastat. Could someone help me?
