It can get confusing with the rare once-in-a-lifetime experience.
All of the end switch wires of the Honeywell zone valves go to the one place on your present wiring, so that one place in the wiring is where the TT to the left of the SR504 picture goes

All the thermostats go to the Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3 as shown up top. The wires from the 4th zone thermostat just go to Zone 4 terminals up top.
In other words, when you transfer all the thermostat wires from the 3 zone valves (and one from the transformer,) what's left are the two wires on all the zone valves that lead back to the boiler wire location that starts the burner - that goes to TT on the SR504.
