Do not add the 33% for piping at all. The manufacturers already have deducted the 33% today. Also do not convert to btu's. Maybe this is where this is getting confusing. The brochur states a sq ft heating figure. This is for connected load. 33% of what the boiler can produce is removed before that figure hits the printer. Sometimes I am asked how much to add for uninulated mains. I also state nothing. You must insulate the mains. That is a 212 btu per ft loss in 2" pipe, not to mention the latent heat loss.
