The control you buy to monitor your water temperature of your boiler will depend on which boiler you have and what taps are or are not available in the boiler to insert or mount the control. Wiring depends upon how the boiler you have is wired now. It has never been a fact that there was only one boiler made for the past century wired exactly the same as all of them.
