The water temp should be what the Hydro-Air designer said it should be. As air should be below 120f at the outlets, the water temp is a lot higher than usually necessary.

The main problem seems to be that the air fan is not running all the time while you need heat.

Can't see why it is that way without information.

Gas bills wil be high in an uninsulated house. Five feet thick of plaster will equal 3-1/2 inches of fiberglass insulation.
