The sections of the Weil boiler are sealed with a rubber-like gasket. It might be that the boiler needs to be drawn close again or a gasket needs replacement. It could be that a pipe or fitting leaked above and water ran down. That would be more labor than parts. It is ordinarily repairable. Older boilers were kept warm year-round to stop 'weeps' like these. It might reset and not leak again.

The warrantee is for a failed casting replacement part in the first ten years, or on a pro-rated -by-years basis for 10 to 20th year. Labor and shipping is not included.
