OK, I will get an ergomax indirect tank. Thanks for all the expert advise - heatpro and joe.

The choice of boiler is now between NTI TRinity 100 or Munckin 80. I double checked my BTU usage for planned zones and find them between 15K and 65K (if all zones on at same time). NTI is coming out with Trinity 100 boiler in next few weeks, that modulates from about 16K to 92K. Munckin modulates from about 25K to 74K. Trinity is cheaper and comes with built-in controls , outdoor reset and priority control for hot water. Is OK to get trinity over munckin due to cost considerations, or in the long run is munckin better or does it even matter? Thanks
