The high mass of cast iron gives you slow warm ups and slow cool downs: more even heating. The boiler doesn't care. The heavy cast iron is very quiet. Copper fin tube makes more expansion noise as it heats up. But if you get more BB then you need and run it @ only 140° max, there will be little expansion noise and you'll save fuel by running in condesning mode. Heatpro will probably also suggest constant circulation. Remember that BB rating are usually based on 180° boiler water. So to get as much heat will cooler water, you need more BB.
