As you are ordinarily required to insulate additions to modern post-1992 standards according to code, you probably have a lower heat loss in the home than before. Any boiler that is caried by local plumbing/heating suppliers would be the ones that local plumbers understand and recommend.

AT1: There is no average or ball-park price, because different regions of countries have different shipping and labor costs. A repairman would have to see your particular situation to know whether the estimate is to include removal, patching, obstacle avoidance, permit application time, nearness to the service truck, etc. Get three estimates from local contractors recommended by satisfied neighbors.
The price to replace an unspecified size and brand part in an unspecified size system can be calculated with the following formula:
a = unspecified system + b = unspecified part + c = unknown time to repair due to no specifications
a = 0, b = 0, c = 0 ____ a + b + c = ?
