Well, it looks like the piping ciruit is either the problem, or at least part of the problem. It's about 200-210 feet - double the maximum length of the Taco 007 at 50,000 Btuh for 3/4 inch pipe.
By splitting the circuit into 2 circuits, do you mean just splitting the one loop into two loops, or - which I am assuming - splitting it into two separate zones with separate valves, circulator pumps, etc.?
The house is 68 feet long. With ADDITIONAL piping having to be added to make separate loops, would it now require three circuits/zones?
