Yes, take the return for the loop and move it to the supply manifold with the other end that is already on the supply. Take a 1-inch pipe from the return and send it out to the mid-point of the loop. yoiu will than have split the required flow at the distance so the two loops are the right distance for 50,000 btuh each.

If you want to zone them, than adding in a circulator or zone valves with a control box is an option.

A Weil McLain CGi is a gas boiler and doesn't have a control where you can set the differential to interfere with a low limit control that isn't there. The boiler usually uses a non-settable Ranco-type control.
