Actually, disregard the above post. I found it is a Honeywell controller, and looked up the info. The problem I found with it is that the highest temp it will allow me to set for the water when the outsdie temp is 70 or higher is 140 deg.
That would mean that in the summertime, my boiler would be condensing, as the outside temp would be above 70, and the controller would be telling the boiler to run at 140. Or am I missing something? I guess I'm not sure how the controller would be hooked up if the Ergomax is set for a given temp. In other words, would the controller be resetting the temp of the water in the Ergomax or the operating temp of the boiler?
