Day/night would be another control set altogether. Your setback thermostats are independent of the boiler temp, just controlling the circulators and fan coil blowers, so there is no conflict.

With the ErgoMax thermostat controlling the boiler, the outdoor reset would also control it from the same terminals, so a reset of 1 to 1 would let you set the reset starting at 120 and let it rise to 180 from there. The ErgoMax thermostat would just override at 150F when the weather was warmer where the reset would ask for temperatures below 150F.
