I have made the observation among consumers and professionals that V7's are known to crack at a premature age, leak and eventually require replacement. Since it seems that so many consumers and distributors have witnessed Burnham's refusal to 1) have recalled the product or 2) pay according to warranty, I have begun pursuing a class action suit through Alexander, Hawes and Audet. It costs nothing to simply contact me to let them know you're out there and have experienced the "V7 crack" and subsequent burden of replacing it without just compensation from the manufacturer. Please send me an email that you intend to continue using in the future (or if not, an address, phone number or other reliable contact information), which I can forward to Alexander, Hawes and Audet.
