The first thing I did once I discovered "no heat" was to call the folks who installed the boiler, an established and reputable firm here in northern NJ. Their service took a message; it's been three hours and no response yet. I'm posting here because I now lack confidence in their understanding of steam systems and am hoping for a pearl of wisdom (or two) that I could offer the guys who may or may not be coming over to fix the problem(s) that I think they created.
