You're right, of course. I need these guys to work with me. What's making me frantic is the possibility that the installers really don't know anything about steam and don't want to learn, and that I'll have to hire somebody else to replumb this brand new boiler at great expense.
Nobody's called me back since I hollered for help yesterday. I even called the sales guy (he responded to the first page but not the second), to no avail.
