We could only lift the rad a touch (1/4"), just not enough give in the pipe. Also, can't lower from the bottom, as the pipe is already resting in a divet carved into the foundation. Someone else has suggested switching radiator with another that works to eliminate the problem being there--is it worth doing?? What could be the problem there??
