Air will acerbate any other problems. Do you have supply and return loops around the basement and risers going up from that to one radiator at a time? Do you have series loops with the water going from radiator to radiator and then back to the boiler. Zone valves or pumps? What is the size of your pipe/tubing? Iron supply with copper returns added?
