There is probably little wrong with the boiler. What is the difference in insulation levels in walls and attic. Did you move into a brick home? Do you have any fireplaces that havn't been plugged with bags full of insulation? Gained any suspended ceilings that have missing plaster above them pouring heat out to the header. Does the snow melt off your roof faster? Windows comparable? Draftier? Added making domestic hot water with it? You can time your meter with a watch for a few minutes that the boiler only is running to see if it matches the input rating. You could have a gas leak. Look at your summer months to see if your other appliances may be at fault.
