Also look for water leaks everywhere. Actual-vs-estimated readings? Smell the safety vent outside by the meter for leaking pressure reducer, and fittings downstream from meter. Does boiler,etc run non-stop. Does flame look good in everything, steady blue with maybe only a little orange tips. Orange streaking in the flame is dust etc.
