Sorry about the delay in responding - I was travelling.

I hear that on Thursday Pres. Bush will publicly endorse District energy and the St. Paul utility in particular. Here is an excerpt:

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush (news -
web sites) will unveil his recommendations for
tackling America's energy problems during a
visit on May 17 to St. Paul, Minnesota, the
White House said on Thursday.

Bush is to speak to area business leaders after
touring the District Energy facility in St.
Paul, which uses new technologies to burn coal,
natural gas, oil and renewable wood biomass.
