How long has this boiler problem been going on? On the sections that you replaced do you have a lot of sludge build up in the bottom of the sections? Have the boilers been thouroughly cleaned on the waterside. Build up in the bottom of the sections can cause them to overheat and crack just one more thing to consider. Good luck
