These boilers are fairly new and were installed in the past 3 years and with 2 to 3 sections per year cracking.There is no sludge in the boier sections are clean.We do have very large loops
on the system which is why the water is cooling down so quickly.I will check on how the heater coils are setup and see if we can stage them.

ng has this boiler problem been going on? On the sections that you replaced do you have a lot of sludge build up in the bottom of the sections? Have the boilers been thouroughly cleaned on the waterside. Build up in the bottom of the sections can cause them to overheat and crack just one more thing to consider. Good luck
