Silly question but I'm curious if, in general, residential boiler rooms are humid or dry? I assumed humid because of all the boiling water in a small 8x8 enclosed room that has a boiler and water heater. But my friend told me that it's actually dry because of the open flame. I don't find condensation either on the walls or window so maybe he's right? The reason I'm asking is because I'm thinking of trying to grow some indoor veggies in there. I'm going to line the walls with reflective mylar space blankets and illuminate with fluorescents. The humidity will determine what kind of plants we grow. thanks in advance!
