My Laars mini-therm JVT-75(from 1986) is making a strange buzzing/clicking noise that seems to originate from a small box located with the electronics. This box also has a small metal wheel attached to it. I am guessing this is the operational control box. In any case, the burner turns off before the water comes up to temperature. When it turns off the buzzing/clicking noise begins and persists for 3-5 seconds. After this the noise stops and the burner turns back on. This has happened before but now it has gotten worse. The boiler continues to make this noise for some time before the boiler comes up to temperature. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm off to buy some wood for the fire place.
