Last year my system worked perfectly and this year when I go to fire it up it will not get over 140 degrees. I can run it for an hour and it stays around 140. Last year it would go to 180 with no issues. I've done all the routine maintenance on it and just don't understand how it's not heating up like last year. The pressure stays solid on 20psi and there are no leaks (I shut off main water feed to boiler) and it will stay at 20psi the entire time while it's running. Flue gases are around 240-250 and the flames look perfect....I just don't get it? What is going on?
