Could anyone take a crack at identifying or good-guessing the age of an A.O. Smith hot water/hydronic boiler? Plate shows a model number of "HW195-1", a serial of 61062760904, and input/output BTU's are 195K/156K. is 195K. I'm a general property inspector with good air system references, but few hot water system resources, particularly for older models. Unit looks to be at least 40 years old.
