: The future doesn't bring a prospect of lower fuel costs. $2000 a year extra fuel cost can pay for more insulation to burn less.

I have insulated. I had low expansion foam added to the walls and 16" in the attic. I figured it is time to get rid of the Old boiler. From previous discussions on this site is was stated to be between 35% to 45% efficient. And depending on who I have talked to, that has been confirmed. I have two contractors bidding "like" equipment. One says use the Prestige Solo 175 and the other says use either the Camus Dynamax 150 or the Prestige and it is my decision. That is why I have asked the question, as far as a comparison goes. They are different tube design but both are Stainless Steel Tube. Other than that I don't really see that one is better than the other. One is slightly higher in price by about $600.00.

thanks
