I own a two unit apartment building which has two seperate steam boilers, one for each unit. Both boilers are at the end of their life spans and need replacing.
What I would like to do is install one new boiler sized correctly for the building and install two zones on it so that both units have their own thermostat.
Considering the close proximity of the present boilers and the close piping is this a difficult and/or super expensive task?
