Any ideas on how to cut a nice round 5" hole in the pan?

I draw a 5" circle with magic marker using the end of the exhaust. Then pierce it with a sturdy knife until large enough to insert the end of a curving sheetmetal shear.

Also, with the pan lying against the house and the 2" air space between the pan and house, isn't there a risk of condensation inside the pan during the winter?

As the pan is sealed at the edges and around the pipes with silicone, there is no way for moisture to get between. Also it will be warm inside the enclosed space; but, not extremely so.
