Wiring is all good..performed continuity checks. Standing pilot is lit. Both zone valves operate fine when called for heat. Checked spill switch..OK. Checked rollout TFE...OK. I am not getting 24V across lugs C & Y on transformer. I replaced relay only...problem still exists. Replace entire transformer assy?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
