First make sure you can use a water heater for heating as many states do not allow it even though some techs do it anyway against code.
Get a heat loss done and size the boiler correctly.
The stainless steel heat exchangers are selling probably 5 or 6 to one aluminum due to not requiring special aluminum antifreeze every 5 - 6 years and less issue with Ph.
