Oil Burner, white smoke - good or bad?

I have a 2 yr old Laars Max Boiler 75, 90K Btu/hr.Beckett AFII 150 burner. Never noticed until now, white smoke coming out of chimney. Smokes the entire time the burner is on. Is this just water in the tank...?
