2 zone heating - 1 zone not heating properly

Hello, I have a Weil-Mclain CGM6PI heating 2 zones in private residence. Upstairs heats fine as did downstairs until just a few days ago. feel heat from baseboard but temp not coming up as quickly or to desired temp. Please explain or give ideas.
