i finally installed my triangle tube indirect water heater. all the plumbing is done for it, but having trouble with the wiring of it. using a taco 007 circulator and a taco 501 relay. i am following the directions that came with the relay box and i cant get the circulator to turn on to warm the water in the tank. only way to get hot water as a temp fix was to connect the power directly to the circulator and it would leave the system running. did this to test the circulator and to also get some hot water to use. my system consists of a peerless wbv04 water boiler with a hydrostat 3150 (instead of typical honeywell aquastat) and right now the house is setup as 1 zone. house has 1 floor and finished basement. eventually will make basement a seperate zone.
