DON'T DO IT!!!!! The MPO cannot be downfired. The fireside heating surface matches the firing rate. DO not EVER maintain temperature on an MPO as the aquastat is above the boiler in the manifold and the water temp will run away if running the burner and not the circulator.
Now you are saying the heat loss is 75K How did it go from 147k to 75K?
