This is a water heater and not a boiler. Many areas require an "H" stamp which means it is certified as a boiler.
The relief valve is at an unsafe setting for a heating system.
I suggest the use of a boiler for heating. It is very important to do a heat loss as the boiler may be oversized. An oversized boiler costs more to buy, more to operate and more to maintain.
