I am using the outdoor reset with my prestige modulating boiler. at lower operating temps the thermal switch on the kickheater will not activate the fan. other than changing the thermal switch for a different range; is there possibly a different scenario for control. I already thought of wiring the fan motor in parallel with the circ, but i'll use that as a last resort. too much wire,drilling,strapping,sheetrock...two floors away. basically i am looking for a more "elegant" approach...
