I noticed the other day our domestic hot water was luke warm. All other zones up stairs seem to be maintaining temperature. Is it possible that the circ pump isn't working and the heating water is rising when heated in the boiler. It has been acting funny since I change the auto air vent, and pressure relief valve. Makes a sizzling noise when it quits running. Some one told me that the previous owner could have had a leak sealer installed creating this noise. I have bleed all zones for air. Also the basement loop doesn't have a zone valve and was heating fine last winter which makes me believe that the pump isn't pulling the return back to the boiler. Not sure if the pump relay is bad or the pump. Any help is appreciated.
