What is the normal PSI I should see? Guage is new Pigtale

is new new water feeder new low water cut off.
The only part that is old is the Honeywell that has the screw with spring and the CUT out equal cut in plug DIFF box..
My basic question is 4.5 psi too high if so what is the normal PSI for steam home system?
