The gas steam boiler for apartment heating in the two flat where my mom lives has deteriorated, I need advice where can I find a small 20,000 BTU steam boiler,immediatelly
The boiler only services the second floor only. After speaking with the service company he said the only steam boilers for sale are the 80,000 BTU and higher is this an accurate statement ? and how will this afect the efficiency ?
