: : I replaced B&G B89 flow control vales with Honeywell V8043F zone vales and have had no success in wiring them to Honeywell RA832A relay switches.

: The end switch terminals or red wires of the zone valves each go the the TT terminals of the RA832A to activate a circulator.

Hi HeatPro, THANK YOU for the reply. I have to deviate from the wiring diagram that came with the control valves. This is because I have only replaced the old manual B&G flow control valves, and was not planning to rewire the current relay switches which already controls power to the circulator pumps. I would like to keep the wiring to the relay switches as it is and just add the new wiring from the existing relay switch to the new control vales. The current relay switch has TT (House Thermostat) and XX (Aquastat and Boilerstat). The Control valve has THTR TH TR and two end switch, all with screws, no colored wires. I hope this information helps, I have had no success in wiring these control valves so they are activated.
