All the oxygen will never bleed out. Air goes in and out of solution as the water rises and falls and the temperature changes. You will be able to get rid of most of the air bubbles in a properly designed and pressurized system after leaving the automatic vent open for a week, then closing it until after a service addition of water. That is the catch, properly designed with no leaks, it's the things people don't know that are the cause of many problems.
