: Sorry for being a pest. I'm not sure this Weil Mclain HE II is working right. Here's what is happening. Boiler fires and runs fine. After a few minutes totally shuts down, including pump. After setting a few minutes either it will cycle and refire OR there have been times the pump starts running again. It's 42 out this morning and the house is warm but I'm confused by this unit cycling so often. What controls the pump? How is the limit control set on this unit? I need to get this adjusted or fixed before it's cold out.

I'm not sure how you ever installed the sucker without the documentation, but the manual for it lives here:

http://www.weil-mclain.com/downloads/obsolete/he/he2manual.pdf

Location of control components (including the high-limit) are on page 2, the wiring diagrams & control description starts on page 12. Print, read, and comprehend before proceeding.

There may be more documentation for the controls elsewhere, but if you can't figure it out, it's time to hire a pro to de-bug it before you do something dangerous.
