I have a Laars endurance furnace (with domestic hot water). Yesterday I fired it up, and noticed that the furnace cycled and started providing heat for the first cycle, and then I can hear only cycling sound within the boiler, and ultimately the return pipes from the zones become cold but the furnace does not fire up again.
Looked at the installation manual, and did little bit of debugging. This model has an external 24 DC transformer, and I do see power across the zone valves. The thermostat and zone valve's are calling for heat, but the furnace is not firing up again. Is there a valve inside the furnace that is not turning on?
