Replacement sections is all there is on the warranty.

The part of appliances that isn't understood is that Burnham doesn't manufacture people that install or service, so they can't warranty the work of people.

Get a reputable installer/service company from three bids to do the work. Your local Burnham plumbing/heating supplier will be involved between the installer and the factory to get the part under warranty.
