Set the tank temperature at the lower half to demand a temperature that will just stop condensing in the boiler and the boiler will make a hotter temperature to heat the tank.

Use a setback room thermostat in the living area to call for the boiler to heat the water so the boiler will react to the outdoor temperature by heating the room with hotter water if needed.

You shouldn't need fancier controls.

As the ErgoMax will be heated to make hot water, the lowest the tank will get is 120F, so an outdoor reset would have to start at 120F or better, so it isn't needed.
