You have good prices for that install.

You are installing a tankless coil boiler, so it will stay at a high temperature 24 hours a day, about 180 to 200F all the time waiting for you to use your hot water. Thus an outdoor reset control that would change the water temperature as you like wouldn't work for your purpose.

If you want a boiler that would be set for maximum efficiency with an outdoor reset control or HeatManager controller, then you would get the WGO-4 without the tankless and use a separate electric water heater. With oil at $3.50 a gallon, that is about equal to electric at 13 cents a kilowatt. There would be a tradeoff of some small added cost for electric hot water, but a good improvement in oil savings. Things have changed when oil went higher than $2 a gallon.

Buderus is a good foreign-made boiler, you just need good techs familiar with them and some suppliers nearby that have parts readily. American-made boilers have that ready supply and backup of techs.
