The Weil is a good one. Triangle Tube offers a boiler that's a 175,000 BTUH fully modulating. I think the efficiency of it heating baseboard is something around 92%. It is also a wall mount which saves space. One thing I like about the Triangle Tube Prestige boilers is they are downdraft. http://www.triangletube.com/CondensingBoilers/PrestigeSpec.htm

Then, Munchkin makes a 199,000 BTUH modulating boiler, 92%. If you can wait Munchkin is working on rev.3 which, I am told, will be a cabinet boiler like the Weil and with a downdraft exchanger as well as the Weil and the Triangle Tube. The current released rev.2 has had some issues with their horizontal exchanger and the condensate trap. Rev.3 has promises that should really help Munchkin out. http://www.munchkinboiler.net/
